Stamping bearing generally use forming method that applies an external force to a plate, a strip, a pipe, a profile, and the like by a press and a mold to cause plastic deformation or separation to obtain a desired shape and size. Stamping bearing is generally composed of Inner Ring, Outer Ring, Stamping Body and Cage.
1. Outer Ring - installed in the housing hole, generally does not rotate
2. Inner Ring - mounted on the journal and rotates with the shaft
3. Stamping Body - the core component of stamped bearings
4. Cage - evenly separate the stamping body to avoid friction
Lubricant is also considered to be the fifth largest part of stamping bearings. It mainly functions as lubrication, cooling and cleaning.
The inner ring is matched with the shaft and rotates together with the shaft; the outer ring acts to cooperate with the bearing seat to support the punch; the punch body distributes the punch body between the inner ring and the outer ring uniformly by means of the cage. The shape size and quantity directly affect the service performance and life of the stamped bearing; the cage can evenly distribute the stamping body, prevent the stamping body from falling off, and guide the stamping body to rotate to provide lubrication. Compared with the sliding bearing, the radial dimension of the stamped bearing is large, the damping capacity is poor, the life at low speed is low, and the sound is loud.
